2. PAYMENT AND ORDER TERMS

We offer multiple payment options via secure online payment gateways including Direct bank transfers, Google Pay, Wise Transfers.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

For customized or non-ready products:

Orders are manufactured only after 50% advance payment is received.

The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.

For bulk orders, 50% advance on the estimated value is required prior to manufacturing.

3. PURCHASE & SHIPPING

Shipping charges depend on destination, parcel weight, customs clearance, and other factors. We cannot advise on customs duties in advance.

All orders are dispatched within 15–45 days after the order is placed. Estimated delivery times are guidelines and commence from receipt of the first payment.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected.

All shipments require signature and valid ID on delivery.

7. CHANGES AND JURISDICTION

MSD Jewelry reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. The law of India governs these Terms, and any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

8. ARBITRATION

Any dispute shall first be addressed through mutual agreement. If unresolved, it will be referred to a sole arbitrator under Indian law in Jaipur.

IMPORTANT: The CLIENT is informed that the photographs of the products published as samples on the website may differ, not substantially, from the delivered product, as colors or shapes may be perceived differently by each consumer due to multiple variables, such as the devices used to view the products or environmental conditions like lighting. Furthermore, it is also noted that, being handmade jewelry, the characteristics of the product described on the website (weight, size, length, diameter, thickness, height, width…) are approximate and may have slight variations from those specified with a tolerance of 10%, without this altering the main characteristics of the product. However, these or other variables will never alter the characteristics of the products that will be described on the website, and in any case, the CLIENT may choose to withdraw from the purchase as indicated in these terms.
