Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if you have received an incorrect product or in case of genuine manufacturing defect.
In such cases, you may return the item exactly as received (unworn, with original packaging). If the delivered goods are defective, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Our decision regarding the return or exchange is final.

RETURNS:

1. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt of your order via email or phone call.

2. Before arranging the return of a damaged/incorrect product, you must send us a photograph of the item. Our quality control team will decide whether the product is eligible for return.

3. Once we have received your email and the return is authorized by our quality team, we will inform you of the most convenient return method.

4. General taxes and transportation charges will be deducted in the event of a return. The customer must pay transportation charges on both sides.
5. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for returns that were not notified to us first.
6. We can only replace the defectiveproducts abd deliver to the buyer in some cases. 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES: REFUND IS PROCESSED IN RARE CASES, WE DO NOT ENTERTAIN ANY REFUND.

1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

2. Incorrect address format, including any form of PO Box address.

3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.

4. Package refused by the recipient.

5. The goods must not have been used in any condition.

6. Products returned in a used, damaged, or tampered condition.

7. Minor color and design variations — some products are handcrafted and use natural stones, resulting in slight variations from website images.

8. If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged.
