• Please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order via email or phone call.

• Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us, you are required to send us a photograph of the product. Then, it is up to the discretion of MSD’s quality control team to decide whether the product is approved for return.

• Once we have received an email notifying us of your concern with the product image and our quality control team has authorized the return, we will inform you of the most mutually convenient return method.

• MSD will replace the items free of charge (if possible)

• In the case of returning the goods or refund, we will deduct any general taxes and transportation charges. Clients will send the returned products at their own cost.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.

• MSD does not hold any liability for any customs duty, import taxes, or additional fees imposed in India or any other country. All such charges must be borne by the customer.

• While initiaitng the payemnts, the client agrees upon terms & conditions.
• There is no refund policy of any sample failure. This is considered as experient.

We do not entertain any kind of refund.
