Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of the parcel. Shipping costs are determined by the courier company and depend on factors such as package weight, customs clearance procedures, and other logistical considerations.

Please note that we are unable to estimate customs duties or import taxes in advance. In case of any tax or duty imposed in any respective country, the consignne is liable for any duty, tarrif or tax imposed. 

Shipping Time

We will ship your order worldwide using DHL, UPS, EMS or FedEx within the minimum costs possible (MSD Jewelry do not seek for shipping profit) All orders will be dispatched within 15 to 45 days from the date of order confirmation. In certain cases, the delivery timeline may vary depending on the nature of the order. Once your order is reviewed and approved by our manufacturing team, we will share an estimated delivery date with you. Any such duties or taxes will be collected by the logistics partner at the time of delivery, if applicable.

• For deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order.

Conditions

Shipping timelines are subject to product availability. Bulk orders, made-to-order items, or delayed payments may impact production and dispatch schedules. We aim to dispatch all orders within 15 to 45 working days. However, during Indian public holidays, dispatch timelines may extend up to 50 working days.

All estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and shall commence from the date of receipt of the first payment. We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, force majeure events, or other unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, redirection or change of shipping address is not possible.

Delivery & Receipt

• All deliveries require a signature and valid proof of identification at the time of receipt.

• Each order can be shipped to one destination address only.

• To ship products to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.

Order Fulfilment

We make every reasonable effort to deliver all items within the prescribed timeline, including processing and manufacturing time. However, certain items may require additional time due to production, sourcing, or procurement requirements.

While we strive to ship all items in a single order together, this may not always be feasible due to product characteristics, availability, or production timelines. In such cases, orders may be shipped in partial consignments.
